My name is Hannah Collier and I am 19 years old, from England. Journalism has always been a massive interest to me which is why I am currently studying it at university. I am currently a first-year student going into second year and I hope to carry it further. The interest started from me loving to read magazines and watching interviews and now I often keep updated with the news. It has allowed me to be more informed on current topics and I hope Another big interest of mine is dance and music which is what this blog is based around. I started dancing at around 8 years old and mainly partake in jazz dance which is what this blog specialises in. ‘Jazz Hands’ has everything from the history of jazz dance to tutorials on popular music videos. One popular post on this page is the breakdown of the Treat People with Kindness music video that includes Harry Styles that was recently released. This included the breakdown of the dance section as well as a tutorial of it. Music is also something I listen to everyday and I love discovering new artists and attending concerts so this blog is in the process of being focused more around music to broaden the audience and provide a mixture of posts. This is focused around smaller artists to give them the spotlight on their new music. It also focuses on concerts for when they start up again – with top tips and information regarding covid-19.
